Through a recruiter, very secretive, wasn't given much info about the brand at first. The company sounds interesting, but it feels like it is very much in the early stages, so there seem to be lots of growing pains.
I applied for a position that I saw on LinkedIn and received an email inviting me to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I had already applied for a position in voy about a year ago, but wasn’t successful. I joined the interview, waited for 15 minutes and no one else joined. I figured that they may have missed it, things happen, so I sent them an email asking if they wanted to reschedule. they answered a very cold and rude email telling me that they weren’t going to reschedule because they figured out that I had already interviewed with them and wasn’t selected and didn’t want to lose their time or mine. They were very rude and unprofessional
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Voy in Jan 2025
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter and the process was meant to be 4 interviews and a technical task. Most the interviews were basically the same questions about CV and experience and the technical task was take home and took two days. I got to the final stage, and then was told the day before that they were reconsidering the position. They then informed me two weeks later that the position had been changed completely. Massive waste of time and complete lack of respect for candidates as other reviews have noted. I had read other reviews before, but had hoped I would be different so my advice is don't bother!
