Interview
Was normal, telephone interview, analysis task to do to prepare for the assessment day which was at the end of August.
However, after the assessment day, we were told we would hear back within the next week. Heard nothing back. Emailed end of the week to which the recruiter said the team were super impressed by everyone and have not made any final decisions yet. Emailed again over two weeks later, no response. Then received a call a couple of days later from the recruiter saying they have been busy with people going on holidays however they are going make a decision now and let me know by the following week. I emailed again the following week, no response. Another week later I sent the recruiter a message on LinkedIn which she read but did not reply.
Please DO NOT apply to this company. They are unprofessional and do not care about their applicants. They do not appreciate how long it takes to do their task and prepare for the assessment day and the fact that the assessment day takes half the day for which some people have to take a day off work for. They do not respect us to simply send a quick email response to provide us with some quick feedback as to why we didn't get the role, it is the least they could have done.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
