I Had 4 interviews, I come from the industry and applied for a different role from my current one, but I know the target market and the job. After 4 interviews, a powerpoint presentation, they decided not to continue because I had never covered the role. My question is why go ahead with an interview when you already know that my experience is different? Why waste both of our time. However, they said they had found another person for this role who was a better fit with the job description, but the next day they advertised the job again. I don't understand why tease people instead of giving constructive feedback? Waste of time

First round was a group interview. First of all, checked our knowledge of the company's background, after was to introduce each other in pairs and then some paper test. They showed us around the office and did some games. It was quite relaxed. Short-listed interviewees were invited to join the secon-in in the afternoon. It was a meeting with the head of the department, they asked some questions related to the CV and then did a practise test. The all procedure was quite good and the staffs are friendly. You can feel that they really care about each candidate.
