I applied online. I interviewed at Worldpay in Sep 2025
Interview
The people are very nice. I met with the recruiter then moved on to 2 rounds afterwards. There was a 2 week gap in-between each interview. As mentioned in other reviews, the interview is conversational.
There were 2 red flags.
1. I was told the hiring manager would be the last interview.
2. The recruiter gave a salary on the very low end of the salary range posted on the job description with no negotiation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Worldpay (London, England)
Interview
At the time (2015) this was still sensible and straightforward, unlike today.
A first interview with an internal recruiter, to assess experience and aptitude to learn and then another one with the hiring manager, covering many different topics.
Although I had never worked in this business sector (payments), they recognized anybody can learn whatever is necessary as long as the attitude and capability are there.
