XYZ Operations Manager interview questions

Was quite okay. The process is very lengthen and should be better streamlined. Also the otherr benefits must be spelt out , so that candidates get a better perspective. The brand should be more visible. Visibility in today's times is key to anything.

At the screening interview, the interviewer said that the position was not a senior position anymore and it was downgraded. I thought it was unprofessional. Besides that, the questions were more about my career journey and what I knew about the company.
