Interview
This was honestly one of the fastest interview processes I've gone through - keep reading to find out why. In order, it went like this:
1. Preliminary phone interview with company-internal recruiter. She mostly relayed company information and transparently disclosed the starting salary of $50,000 in an unprompted manner, which I don't ever mention during the first step. This interview occurred within five days of my application.
2. This is where it becomes unconventional. Two days later, I had remote interviews with three people in a row: one SDR manager, followed by another SDR manager, and finished by talking to an actual SDR, meaning the role I was interviewing for, rotating in and out while I was waiting in the Zoom call. Each conversation lasted roughly 30 minutes, so I was interviewing for one and a half hours. I especially enjoyed being given the opportunity of talking to someone whose role is exactly what I was interviewing for, as I couldn't have received better insight. They all went relatively similarly; introduction, "Tell me about yourself.", more company info, Q&A. Less than two hours after the last one, I was offered the job, meaning it only took seven days from my application to receive the offer, as compared to being put through the wringer for several weeks with several other companies - and I feel broader availability on my part may have accelerated the process.

Question 1
"Can you tell me what makes Service Autopilot better than using pen and paper?"
The process took 2 weeks.Ā I interviewed at Xplor Technologies (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter about the position. Then had a brief discussion with an HR representative from FieldEdge. Afterwards we scheduled a 2 hour interview with 4 different managers for the following week. Thought the interviews went very well, but by no means was it my best interview. Was told by the 4 interviewing managers that they would discuss and would follow up next week. Sent a thank you email to each interviewer.
Never heard anything back from anyone. After 2 weeks I reached out to the HR representative that set everything up just asking if the hiring process was ongoing and if a decision had been made for myself. Itās been 3 days since I emailed the HR rep and still have no response.
From my experience it seems like a very unprofessional company. The interviewers were in hoodies and baseball caps when we discussed the position. Also never hearing back from anyone at all is pretty disrespectful and unprofessional. I took a total of 3 hours off my current job to talk with HR and the managers.
It would be nice to at least get an email saying they are moving on to other candidates. Iāve gotten emails from jobs I applied to and never talked to a single person about moving on in the hiring process with other candidates.

Interview
It was about a 2-hour process and they made sure that I was well-versed in what the company offers. By no means did they expect me to know every last detail, however, it needed to be evident that I did my research beforehand. Character / culture fit is a huge part of the interview as well. Each candidate must be a good addition into the growing company culture.
