I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zayo (New York, NY)
Interview
Five rounds of interviews after the recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. I was initially apprehensive due to the low salary range and terrible Glassdoor employee reviews, but decided to proceed and learn more. Every interviewer asked why I was interested in the position and company. Um. I don't know yet; let's talk more... The conversations were pleasant enough and by the end, I actually *was* quite interested, but they decided to go with another candidate. At least they let me know instead of ghosting me, but it was a lot of time invested to get my hopes up only to dash them. And, based on the reviews here, I'm thinking they did me a favor.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zayo
Interview
Only one round of interviews. The process was straightforward and to the point. Basic technical, personality, and situational questions. Overall effective process. The interview was performed by a manager and team lead.
