Mostly generic and negative questions such as: _ How do you handle a delicate situation like change of terms and condition to the detriment of the clients? _ How do you defuse a conflict with colleagues? _ Did you already had an argument with a colleague or a boss? _ What is your biggest achievement and why are you proud of it? Note that some of the questions were the same but articulated differently depending on the interviewer.
