Great first interview finding out more about my experience and asking questions about the company. Take home project had horrendous instructions. Unclear, ambiguous, and badly put together. The review nitpicked all the areas that were poorly outlined and didn’t allow much for questioning. Either you make an assumption on some vagueness and get marked down or you take it as it is and then marked down because it’s a weak point. This project was put together with very little effort and is unfair to candidates who take personal time to complete only to be given nitpicky and petty remarks.
