Skills Test(generic SQL), Problem #1 Description: “Display the last names and hire dates of all the latest hires in their respective departments for location 1500.” The problem description also included a database chart showing the tables involved(typical HR relational DB setup, EMPLOYEE and DEPARTMENT tables) with the field names, data types and field sizes.
They never called to ask for an explanation, I guess i should have provided my resume in crayon so the HR rep could understand it
It was mostly unexpected that I didn't get any of the canned interview questions. Nothing like "what are your strengths/weaknesses?" or "tell me about a time you...?"
