I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ørsted (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 2020
Interview
The whole duration was very long, around 1 - 2 months.
1. Phone interview with internal recruiter for screening (after that, waiting for 2 - 3 weeks of no reply, had to follow up twice, and was being told there were a lot of applicants)
2. Interview with manager (not from the hiring team because too many applicants, so was delegated to another manager)
3. Interview with Architect from DK - very knowledgeable (thumbs up)
4. Extra round (was told there was another suitable candidate, so .... another round) with HR and hiring manager - more to personality
