      During the interview process, you will go through two rounds of conversations with the hiring team and a personality/IQ test. The first conversation will be in-depth and focus on your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and provide examples of how you have used your skills in the past. The second conversation will focus on situational problem-solving and collaboration. The team will present you with various scenarios and ask how you would handle them. They will also assess your ability to work effectively in a team setting. The personality/IQ test will provide further insight into your character and cognitive abilities. Overall, the interview process is designed to evaluate your skills, experience, personality, and teamwork abilities to ensure you are the right fit for the role. The interview process was 2 conversations and a personality / IQ test. Both interviews were long and in-depth about skills. the second interview was more based on how to reach in situations and how you work in collaboration.
