Our Business Analysts play a crucial role in helping Currys work smarter and faster. A key part of that is Process Intelligence: seeing how our teams actually work, not just how processes are meant to work. And using real data to highlight opportunities for change. The team recently got together with Celonis for a Process Intelligence Day, to share ideas and stay ahead of the curve. “It’s great to see how Process Intelligence complements AI to drive real value." says Senior Business Analyst Mayaan (far left of photo). "It plays a critical role in building more adaptive and intelligent operations.” It’s been eye-opening to see how other industries are using AI and data to fix inefficiencies," fellow Analyst Serge (second from right) adds, "and how we can apply those learnings at Currys.” AI is moving fast, and our Business Analyst team is already putting it to work for the benefit of both colleagues and customers.
