Our Leadership Values were not created as inspirational taglines on the office walls. Our CEO and leadership team have thought long and hard about which principles and values are needed to succeed at Curve. We understand that no one can be all 10 (even our CEO will admit he is not all 10!) but having this many allows us to keep an open mind towards the type of talent we want in our teams.
