On 23rd July 2021, Credit Agricole Auto Bank (formerly FCA Bank)) acquired, through its subsidiary Leasys SpA, ER Capital Ltd (Easirent). The acquisition of ER Capital Ltd has allowed Credit Agricole Auto Bank to enter the short-term rental industry in the UK, expanding further its operations across Europe.
In 2022 ER Capital Ltd has changed its name and rebranded to Drivalia UK Ltd.
Moving Forward with Drivalia
With the acquisition and the rebranding of Easirent to Drivalia with its 20-plus locations, Drivalia – one of the main mobility and rental operators in Europe – is confirming its major role as a 360-degree mobility player also in the UK.
By combining the rich history and expertise of Easirent with significant investment into infrastructure and the commitment to the electrification of its fleet, Drivalia welcomes new and existing customers to experience the next generation of UK car rental.
In addition to its major presence at airport locations across the UK, Drivalia has a wide network of downtown locations where customers can benefit from competitive prices and a great choice of cars.
Locations
Our headquarters are based in Slough, and from here we oversee our UK operations.
We currently operate from over 20 rental branches in the UK with plans for further investment into infrastructure and a fully electrified car fleet.
We give great attention to our customer service, with call centres in Leeds and a north-west operations centre based in Warrington.
Vehicles
We operate a large and varied range of rental vehicles in the UK. We try to satisfy the demands of every customer that books with us – whether it’s a small, urban run-about or a high-end vehicle, such as a BMW or Mercedes.
All of our vehicles are in excellent condition with no vehicle older than two years. We’ll do all we can to give our renters the best possible service and by booking directly with Drivalia they are always given the lowest price on their car hire.
