Over the last 11 years, we have built start up hedge funds from a few people into $10BN+ industry leaders, and AI and Machine Learning Fin-Tech innovators from founding team members to 100+.
Due to exceptional client demand we are looking to expand our team.
We have a platform that is second to none, exceptional client relationships and warm desks so all your time is spent billing as opposed to seeking new business (we are currently a team of 42 and have over 500 A* live roles to work).
All targets are in black and white from day one, our commission structure (to 40%) is the best in London and we have no desk fees, thresholds or traps designed to keep your commission down – allowing you to earn to your full potential!
We provide internal and external training and development to give you the best tools to succeed, and our seniors have 5-15 years’ experience in their markets, so you will be working alongside and learning from many talented head-hunters. We are a highly collaborative business and only hire great people who will be rooting for you to succeed.
