Our six departments, Customer & Code Management, Digital Operations, Finance and Commercial, Corporate Affairs, People & Facilities, and General Council work together and share their skills and expertise so they can fulfill this ambition.
Our Customer & Code Management department is responsible for Elexon’s customer focussed business activities, which includes Metering, Change, Customer Operations & Disputes and Compliance.
Our Digital Operations department is responsible for our digitally focussed products, including Settlement and Invoicing, Analysis and Insight, and Participant Management.
Our Corporate Affairs consists of two teams, the Strategy and External Affairs team and the Communications team.
This directorate supports the business by developing and implementing the medium to long term strategy for Elexon and managing all communication for Elexon, both internally and externally.
Our Finance & Commercial department provides professional support, from Internal Audit, Supply Chain Management and Finance.
Our People & Facilities department includes the HR team and the Facilities team.
Our General Counsel team is accountable for providing legal support to Elexon.
