Our customers can shop a wide range of branded and own branded pet food, treats and accessories as well as more specialist medical products and in a number of stores we also offer additional services such as a pet groomer or access to veterinary support.

And they are supported by passionate customer focused teams in our head office.

Our customers speak warmly about store teams, who have a real affinity for pets, most being pet owners or just pet lovers. Colleagues are known for their in-depth knowledge and advice. Many are specialist in specific animals or nutrition, and all are pet people, we see this as essential to working with us.

It's been a busy couple of months with regards to our new store opening plan!. What a paw-some way to end 2025. 7 new Jollyes stores in just 8 weeks! And 2 already opened in 2026 with Blackpool and Enfield added to the pack. Now that's something to wag your tail about. We're super proud of the incredible team effort that's gone into opening 7 new stores across the UK. From store colleagues to Support Office colleagues, and of course our amazing supplier partners a huge well done for the immense amount of time and effort that's gone into launching these new locations.
