Company structure

Penguin Books UK is the UK’s largest publisher; made up of some 2,000 people across 5 locations and publishing over 1,500 books each year. Our structure is made up of:

• Nine independent publishing houses with editorial, art and design, marketing, publicity, communications, and campaigns expertise
• Specialist group functions with the expertise to make our books, connect them with our audiences, and get them to our readers
• Specialist group functions with the expertise to enable every team to achieve their goals and do their best work
