We are transforming the way brands recruit tech talent in the UK, Europe and USA.
Searchability are an award winning Digital & IT Recruitment company who specialise in sourcing candidates through social media. Founded in 2012 by recruitment expert Martin Blythe, Searchability set out to disrupt the traditional recruitment market and do things a little differently to help UK companies attract the very best tech talent.
Our UK operations are headquartered in the historic City of Chester, with 80+ Searchability consultants who all have a passion for tech digital. In addition to our fabulous Chester offices we also have recruitment hubs in the major UK cities giving us great exposure and coverage for our clients as well as a London Office in City Point. In 2020 we are expanding into the USA with new headquarters in Austin, Texas, as well as Europe with our new headquarters in Amsterdam, NL.
What was once a small agency specialising in software development recruitment has grown enormously into a leading player in Tech Recruitment, covering all areas of tech and digital marketing for both permanent and contract. Over the years we have picked up numerous awards for our work, including “Best Tech Digital Team” for two years in a row at the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards.
As well as helping clients with their immediate hiring needs, we have also launched a number of exciting sub-brands over the last few years, including our award-winning employer brand agency JobHoller, our digital magazine Hollerings, our exciting inbound recruitment marketing solution Holler IT and most recently our multi-sector recruitment agency Hirecracker!
We’re also heavily involved in our local tech communities, hosting tech meetups and collaborating with tech professionals for the Searchability blog!
