Everyone who works at innocent has something unique to bring to the table. We want our business to be a place where all voices are heard and everybody has the chance to succeed.
We know we’re not perfect and we don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re serious about making progress and committed to learning along the way. That means listening to our people through feedback tools, surveys, and everyday conversations, and turning what we hear into action.
We want our hiring process to give everyone a fair chance. We’re flexible about in-person or virtual interviews, and all our hiring managers are trained in how to run an inclusive recruitment process. And that’s just the start. We’re determined to keep improving so everyone feels welcome here, no matter who they are or where they come from.
We also have big dreams to keep people, our communities and the planet healthy. It’s the reason we became a B Corp, and why we’re working our socks off to make farming more sustainable through our Farmer Innovation Fund.
And we’re in the very healthy habit of donating 10% of our profits to charity each year (and we don’t have plans to change that any time soon). So far, we’ve given away over £5 million and helped over 1 million people.
Our culture’s really important to us, too; our Culture Team’s unofficial purpose is to make sure our people can work better and go home happier. They do this through all sorts of silly things like snack trolleys and scavenger hunts, as well as serious things, like free mental health support and access to loads of learning and development resources.
To sum it all up, we’ve done quite a lot since we started in 1999. Unsurprisingly, most of that is down to the people who’ve joined us along the way. And we want to do lots more – that means we need more brilliant people to help us. We’ve got career opportunities across the business, including in areas like sales, IT, Business Delivery, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People. Our office, Fruit Towers, is in Ladbroke Grove in West London. You can get here by tube, overground, bus, car or even barge if you fancy.
