Salaries are very low, pay progression is glacial, training is non-existent. This company makes money by over working staff and cutting corners wherever possible. The job is mind numbingly repetitive, the smells are foul and the verbal onslaught from a certain senior staff member will leave you wanting to swear and walk out.

This is a terrible company and a truly unacceptable job. I know by looking on this page you're considering working here but just don't. You won't get any real lab experience , you will constantly be tired, stressed irritable and exhausted and by the time you get home you won't have the energy to apply elsewhere.
