Sometimes a proper structure fails and the responsibilities are sometimes not clear.

Ok for a huge international corporation, the UK side of it is badly managed though

They try hard to encourage diversity, job mobility and things you expect from a modern company. Getting a job in a different country internally is relatively straight forward

Cons

They are still a very old train company filled with old men, so they don't always succeed in being modern.
