      Pros

      It was a company that genuinely seemed to care about all of it's employees, and that was the greatest strength of AND - they had some of the most talented, passionate and wonderful people you would ever have the chance to meet. Possibly the best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      There was some serious mismanagement at the highest levels - the company kept pushing for growth (no matter how unsustainable it was) and despite several warnings that recruiting when there wasn't enough work was a very bad idea ("we're just waiting on the work coming in") they pushed ahead and the inevitable happened: multiple rounds of redundancies, a workforce decimated and those of us remaining were crestfallen/waiting on the next round of redundancy. I really hope they find their way back to being the employer they were before these bad decisions.
