Pros

Good pay, lots of opportunities to progress and go abroad once off of the graduate scheme Good exposure to senior management Market leader in many international markets

Cons

Relocating last minute with a months notice can be difficult but this is only for the two years on the scheme and only three times.

Gossips Drama Favourtism You have to be liked and popular if you want to progress Unorganized Un technical team leaders Seniors overworked and do everything whilst team leaders do nothing Unapreication No development time as promised Terrible pay Change of teams every 6 months
