      a good company pension life insurance and share scheeme work with really good team that all have to look after each other

      I was pushed and bullied out of Abbott's and was given no support when I had given years of loyalty to the company the management and pls had no time for me I felt badly let down but have now moved on and have realised there's a better life out of Abbott's I hope my friends that are still there will move on to

      worked at abbott 10 years became ill after a bad year with family deaths and mental illness i was given no help or support and was bullied into a attending a dissaplinary for making a few mistakes on there then new absent manager process team managers process leads and hr senior manager IW made the whole process very upsetting and pushed me further back on the treatment i was having

      Old Style of Management with bullying being the norm. Very old legacy applications that hinder productivity on a daily basis. The financial process of this company is a serious problem due to severe restrictions.
