Pros

The colleagues are nice to work with and often help out where they can.

Cons

Very little progression, very high work load and demand is very high, little to no perks, staffing isn’t nearly adequate for work load, salary isn’t what it should be. I don’t believe the training is up to par and get thrown in the deep end pretty quickly. Very high pressure environment . Long term I wouldn’t recommend due to the consistent redundancies.

Pros

It used to be very friendly and a nice environment to work in. Loved everything about it

Cons

Made people redundant after maternity leave or while on maternity leave Expected long hours for little pay Commission structure was changes to unachievable targets Very much company first forgetting the people who work for them make that happen with no rewards unless you are friendly with managers If your a small team forget shout outs on your numbers even if they are good for being a small team they nothing over larger one. Even if your out performing in every way and exceeding audits Put everything over seas but expected the people they were making redundant to train them and teach them everything in short notice expecting then asking for processes to change and for you to teach the new processes.
