My experience at Acteon was beyond horrific, the HRBP who was in charge was nothing but a bully and had an obsession with taking her anger out new members of staff. You would be told to give your own opinion, but if you suggested anything different, you would be shut down. The whole team had a 'cult culture' and basically if you didn't fit in, you would be kicked out instantly, When concerns was raised, I was told to get on with it and also that attitude was changed over night. I would honestly suggest anyone who wishes to apply for role in HR at Acteon to avoid the place completely.

No progression. Was asked to lie. Poorly managed with too many managers micromanaging. If you value your career and want to progress stay away as you will get sucked in with the mentions of promote within and training, only to find out it is all false.
