      Nice place, shame about the quiet culture and bad apples that ruin it. A pity!

      Pros

      Reasonably nice pay, decent offices with free drinks. Mostly really nice people, and some nice RSU options and employee stock programs.

      Cons

      Well - what can I say? A lot of late nights, a fair amount of workplace harassment (“company old timers” waiting until you’re on the train home before rejecting yet another code review without showing you how the company likes things done - missed three deadlines because of this!). This was basically bullying and I realised quickly that there was no appetite to tackle it, and so I had to just get on with it and make plans to get out ASAP. Lots of people looking very tired and too frightened to leave or speak up about the frankly awful culture. What a pity. So many really nice nice people too, who I really liked - pretty much spoiled by one or two very very bad apples.

      Pros

      - collaborative workspace, with great departments ready to support each other - amazing first month, until a new manager was unboarded

      Cons

      - a company led by toxic management (not all managers but quite a few) - hierarchical dominance - micromanaged at every aspect - promoted by title and no payrise - once you ask for a payrise, they'll make your life hell - Good people have left the business or been made redundant - Not many stand up to their managers, making those that do labelled "hard" to work with - many stuck there due to personal situation - a lot of favouritism - hard to be yourself, got to know how to play the game

      Pros

      Good package, some great employees throughout the organisation, some good products

      Cons

      Horrible culture, people over-stretched, management don't know the products/clients, no coaching, too much admin for sales, no clarity on roles or account ownership, re-structure after re-structure, people treated as numbers not individuals, customers constantly clueless as to who to go to and how to get support. Solutions overly complex and expensive, need to be less arrogant about status in the market.
