      Very academic environment with plenty of engineering knowledge to be gained Constant stream of interesting projects Some good people in the company that are great to work with

      Cons

      Inadequate project planning by managment Projects run over schedule or budget, engineer is to blame Often critical management provide little feeling of job security

      The salary is paid each month on time. It is in London which is a positive place to live.

      Cons

      Sales staff have dreadful attitude and are incredibly pushy towards engineering collegues. Senior managment do not understand technical nor managment issues. Overall, I have to rate this as the worst place I have ever worked
