      Pros

      Small team so lots of interesting projects coming through, great location in westminster, colleagues are great

      Cons

      Mostly cons. like others said, the MD micromanages everything and does not respect his employees who are not trusted. MD will say anything to get what he wants. no path for advancement, wages not competitive, yet you are expected to deliver above and beyond. Benefits are abysmal look no further than the turnover. people leave in a year because it's not a good environment. This is a dead end job I would absolutely not recommend.

      Pros

      One or two good co-workers. Probably on their way out too.

      Cons

      Will pay salaries which do not reflect the London labor market. Bonuses are rare. Business side meddles and micromanages (poorly). Horrible deadlines and planning. Stress inducing place to work at with severe brain drain. Avoid if you can.

      Good location, not much else.

      Cons

      -Bad management. Most employees felt demotivated and not appreciated. -Poor quality of work and bad design decisions as a result of bad working culture and projects being led by people with no good understanding of software development. -Poor quality code, lots of bugs -Resistance to using modern tools and technologies
