Good benefits - many people have been there a long time and don’t realise how good some of these are Hybrid - 3 days at home and 2 in the office which is great and was a pull for me joining - good balance People - work with some truly fantastic people Office - income in 2/3 times a week, we have a gym onsite!

Cons

Change - there is a lot going on but that is also a a pro!
