      Relaxed work environment, but things can change quickly. Incredibly smart and talented people Nice amenities in office, support for WFH

      Company can be in disarray following sale of Dutch business to a.s.r., many moving parts. Complicated reporting hierarchies and procedures. Little-no written training

      Good support from line manages. Had multiple and each one was great, no complaints on this point. Company wide focus on well being and very supporting during Covid.

      Wages are generally below average. Work was monotonous and repetitive. General level of incompetence and ineptitude is really high. Amount of mistakes each day is far too high therefore which impacts other areas Key and experienced staff tend to move on which results in errors due to lack of knowledge
