Most fellow support workers are great Good sense of community between working staff Brilliant individuals to support

Cons

Safeguarding issues not taken seriously by managers. Problem staff are given free reign. Issues with pay are overlooked/ignored. No desire to deal with genuine problems, just pretend they don't exist and hope they go away (They don't). When staff raise issues, they are ignored or punished for doing so.

Good progression and they are keen to help you learn new skills.

Cons

Very old fashioned work environment with views that reflect this. Refuses to modernise and get with the times, even a sick day is frowned upon and you’re made to feel very guilty for taking. Most work is just put through ChatGPT so anything you read online or on the website typically isn’t original work it’s all AI generated and even if you give management original work, it is then ran through AI and then okayed after the AI has rewritten it. Lastly, the company has some discriminatory views which in my time there bled into my work and I was asked to do things I was not morally comfortable with doing.
