      Varied and challenging work Supportive and friendly environment Hybrid working Good benefits and discretionary bonus Excellent social events Focused on improving DE&I and Disability confident Good company outlook Depending on your role, there are opportunities for promotions and there is a development framework in place Free hot drinks, fruit and biscuits and ice creams on hot days!

      Cons

      Gatwick office is quite tired and needs a revamp Nothing to do at lunch time

      Nice people, interesting work, reasonable market position

      Cons

      Minimal interest taken in opinions or new ideas from those in less senior roles. Business needs modernising. Pay is average. Hours can be long and unrewarded.
