Pros

Open, engaging, trusting and collaborative culture. Opportunities for learning, development and growth.

Cons

Can be very fast paced with lots going on at once, but that is also what makes it quite fun.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your continued commitment to Allied Bakeries over such a long period of time. We’re really pleased to hear that you value our open, collaborative culture and the opportunities for learning and development. It’s especially meaningful to hear this from someone with long-standing experience of the business. We also recognise your feedback about the pace — our environment can certainly be fast-moving, and we’re glad to hear that this is experienced as energising and engaging. We continue to focus on supporting our teams to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and sustainable way of working. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for being part of the Allied Bakeries team.

Pros

driver u can work up to 12 hours , but some shifts could be less, all rout is well planned and u will be trained where u have to go , and you could take home 2.000 -2.100 £ per month

Cons

just by eating a pice of cooky i was dismiss as gross misconduct " allegation of theft ofcompany property the form of eatingcookies that were part of my delivery " you got 7 week shift and not even one day same off or working , is very hard to plan your life whit family , plus start at 2:00 am or 3:00 am , NO bank holidays off at all , not paid extra for sunday or bank holidays etc etc
