      Pros

      Owner is very business savvy and cares about everyone succeeding. Does not micromanage. Incentives for working hard, proper tools and safety needs and flexible with scheduling. Shop manager is a great guy adn very talented, works hard and willing to help wherever whenever.

      Cons

      Benefit package is not great. Coworkers do bare minimum/no passion for sign industry. Shop is disorganized. Owner likes to make borderline sexual/non pc jokes at meetings

      Pros

      Variety of tasks, helpful shop manager, ability to learn many different tasks, relaxed work environment, understanding and adaptable owner, business is ran very well

      Cons

      Very little training at start, co-workers don't go above and beyond, unorganized, unrealistic completion dates, benefit package is subpar, will be asked to work overtime and out of town , owner can have anger issues
