      Pros

      Fast growing company both locally in the UK and globally attracting high quality and prestigious clients. Continuously looking to adapt and improve Ability for international relocations. Lots of good exemplars where people have relocated from other offices around the world at their own request.

      Cons

      Group level Staff communications could easily be improved and would help staff feel more connected across the group. Time management system is a bit painful, hopefully it will get replaced at some point.

      Pros

      A great place to see how unprofessional management can be.

      Cons

      The company is a mess. The managers are quick to blame subordinates for their own errors. Senior management will back them up. Everything is expected two weeks ago and no assistance or proper training is given. The IT department is a joke. You don't have access to half the systems you need, and when you do get access, your passwords don't work and take weeks to be reset.

      Learn new software and processes if this is your new job.

      Cons

      A lot to say. Most importantly is the unprofessional managers and people that work there. You will be bullied every day. Within six months three new people left from the department.
