      Huge company with huge opportunities in a wide variety of career paths. Compensation can amount to "golden handcuffs".

      Cons

      It's a big company that internally wants to pretend its a startup. This creates a decentralized workplace where centralization would be WAY more efficient. Depending on your line of work, this could be good or bad. For innovators and creators, it's great... for operations minded folks, it's not.
