      Pros

      Great people across the organization and a strong collaborative culture within many teams. The platform itself is powerful and genuinely delivers value for customers. Opportunity to work with large enterprise accounts and strategic initiatives. Strong exposure to executive-level selling and complex business transformation projects. Compensation can be very strong for top performers.

      Cons

      Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities made it difficult to maintain consistency. Territory alignment, compensation structures, and leadership direction sometimes changed too often. Pressure for growth could occasionally outweigh long-term customer strategy. Internal complexity and cross-functional coordination could slow down execution.

      Depending on your team, this company can be great for coasting. Lack of strong middle managers means that IC's can do the bare minimum and still get by. If you don't care about your work product, then this is the company for you as no one will hold you accountable.

      Lack of clearly defined business processes. In sufficient partnership. Many individuals with lack of regard for operational excellence or following the rules. Many low morale employees
