Pros
None, they lie about flexibility and then expect you to do overtime any day they want you, and if you say no, their attitude changes, and they become very immature, especially the operations director , Jeb
Cons
they dont pay you on time, if you start in the middle of the month they expect you to pay £20 to get your wages at the end of the month. no training or support what so ever. they make you work in an office with broken chairs some really dangerous as the plastics pealing off and has many sharp edges they don't clean your work area and let you work in really dusty and filty work space. the operations director only takes care of the people from his country and the rest of the employees are treated worse then cattle in a third world country once you get hired your expected to take the verbal abuse handed down to everyone on a basis only when the owners of the company have a go at the operations director for not doing his job. if you want longevity in this company, you have to stroke the operations director's ego.
