Salary not super competitive which is odd for consultancy
Have to find your own projects to work on when you finish the one they want to hire you for - very difficult to do the first time as you hardly know anyone
Some managers don’t want to boost your career, they want to stay on top
Work life balance can be poor unless you focus on maintaining it
Line managers can often be working on something totally different to you which makes it hard to assess performance/performance rating when it comes to bonus season
REALLY poor gender balance/diversity
