Pros
Good benefits Salary until now has been decent but that is changing massively this year to unachievable targets.
Cons
They are changing the comp structure to be pretty unattainable. Even if you do well you are always at risk, and there is so much drama and politics all the time. Even if you do well, you are constantly being judged and have to be fake in order to survive. Constant performance reviews which creates a 'throw each other under the buss' culture because people are scared. You have to travel all the time and you can't really say no. Constant leadership changes. It takes forever to make changes that leads to efficiency gains.
