      - Young and diverse colleagues - Helpful people - Interest concept of work (Strategy)

      Cons

      - More of a implementor job, rather than an analyst job - Most of your daily work is doing pointless tasks that could easily be automated - Very routinely job

      A really good mixture of very genuine people Good location of head office (i.e. not central London)

      Cons

      There is a real culture of mistrust which you feel as soon as you start here. The company allows working from home but they do not trust you to do any work and therefore, poor managers only allow it for special occasions. The company also expect you to travel and expense the costs. This isn't too bad if you travel occasionally but not great if you are expected to fly to Budapest on a regular basis.

      - Location - Lack of Management - Overtime not paid (And long hours) - HR not present - Outdated systems - Limited benefits - No mentors - Office in a remote location and no financial aid for tickets
