The constant change in policies and agendas is information overload. They introduce new things that A. haven't been fully finished or tested and B. have clearly not been thought through from a user perspective. Training in general is hit and miss.. some is great, other times leaves you with more questions than answers and lately has been cancelled all together in order to increase chargeable activities. Client service and value has been replaced with higher fees and ridiculous processes.. (why chase clients for payment when they haven't even received the invoice!)
