      Diverse job, Some great people

      Cons

      Most higher management have no interest in you, some gems around but the majority like to gate keep and they will never respond to emails. salary and progression can be very poor Unless you're a favourite or Lucky you wont see any real progression Lots of gatekeeping in almost every part of the company
