      Well funded technology development program. Provided ample resources to support project goals. Fun atmosphere most of the time. Caring and constructive managers who took great interest in personal development.

      Cons

      Slow technology development hampered some progress. Cross-functional teams could communicate better and more. Needed to set better overall organization of project goals to best focus resources.
