Get to work on some of the largest products in the UK with a culture of collaboration Becoming a digital first company but still lots to do in this space.
Cons
Lots of red tape with interconnecting teams making it difficult to release something quickly without many meetings first. Senior level bloat, the BBC struggles to hire new people due to underpay compared to the rest of the industry, you will find people get promoted quickly before they are ready. Innovation feels like we are constantly playing catch up with some of the other big players like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
