      Pros

      Working from home 2 days a week. Can work in another dept for experience, one day a week. Expenses if you need to visit another BBC site. Good T&C's Active Union.

      Lack of money for business, declining head count.

      Pros

      Strong union representation. Good amount of annual leave. My working conditions have always been good (albeit with many years of shift work) and without unreasonable demands.

      Cons

      Progression can be slow and training has been patchy for me over the years.
