      Pros

      Great work life balance. Good training opportunities

      Cons

      Very slow processes, cannot innovate due to policies, becomes too boring a job, less pay than the industry, difficult to move up the ladder. Almost like answering a viva exam to seek promotion. Lot of waste of resources.
